CONSTRUCTION ANALYSIS
FDY Component
75D+20D fully drawn yarn provides surface smoothness, controlled luster, and structural stability. The filament continuity eliminates surface fuzz, creating the clean satin base.
POY Component
26D partially oriented stretch yarn introduces two-way elasticity. The latent crimp activation during finishing generates controlled stretch recovery, enabling four-way movement without dimensional loss.
Composite Integration
The interlacing of FDY and POY at the yarn formation stage creates a bi-component effect. Each yarn path carries both aesthetic and mechanical functions, eliminating the need for separate elastic inserts.

DUAL-SURFACE PROPERTIES
Face Side
Satin weave with float length of 4-5 yarns. The long float structure reflects light directionally, producing a controlled pearlescent sheen. Surface friction coefficient measured at 0.18-0.22 (ASTM D1894).
Back Side
Mirror satin construction with identical float geometry. The reverse surface maintains equivalent smoothness rating of 4.5/5 on AATCC hand feel standard. Enables reversible garment construction without lining requirements.
